Terry Lee Brown Jr - Impact State

If there was one record which changed my life, it would have to be Impact State by Terry Lee Brown Jr. This track was my first exposure to tech house. It was a real awakening record, a new sound was emerging. Terry Lee Brown Jr and Plastic City had a huge impact on me at the time and it was only after moving to Brighton and finding the specialist record shop "Covert Records" that I discovered this was a sound called tech house. Covert then opened me up to all the London and Nottingham tech house music and all that lovely stuff! The name "houseno" was also knocking around but "tech house" is what stuck
